The Agreement between you and OSoLiS

• Terms
  'We' and 'Us' shall refer to OSoLiS, its employees and authorized agents;
  The 'Agreement' shall refer to this document;
  'Payment Card' shall refer to a credit, debit, or travel and entertainment card.
  'Card Processor' shall refer to the organization that obtains payment authorizations from Payment Card issuers.
• Payment security
  OSoLiS shall take all reasonable care to ensure that any Payment Card number that you submit to OSoLiS is transferred securely to the Card Processor. To that end, OSoLiS uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol to transfer Payment Card details to its server and uses Verisign's proprietary encryption technology to transfer Payment Card details to the Card Processor. OSoLiS does not create a record of a Payment Card number unless authorization is refused by the Card Processor.
• Correction of payment errors
  OSoLiS undertakes to exactly honour your instructions in debiting a card or other account. If OSoLiS overcharges you, or otherwise fails to honour your instructions, we shall rectify the mistake as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days, after the mistake has been brought to our attention. Where a refund is due to you, we shall not be obliged to pay interest or any other compensatory amount over and above the amount of your original payment to us.
• Fraud
  You shall not attempt to use a Payment Card that you are not authorized to use. You shall provide accurate details, including your true name, e-mail address and, for purchases, postal address.
• Vandalism
  You shall not attempt to access our systems except by those means offered via the public osolis.com web site. You shall not attempt to break, damage or block the availability of our systems.
• Privacy of your data
  Unless you give us permission to do otherwise, we promise not to pass any of your details to anyone outside of OSoLiS except for the purpose of obtaining authorization for payments and to comply with legal requirements. You may choose whether OSoLiS may contact you in the future on behalf of third parties.
• Availability of services
  We offer no guarantees as to when our systems will be available to handle your registrations, though we shall endeavor to make our systems available on a 365/7/24 basis.
• Breach of Agreement and cure
  Upon breach by either party of this Agreement, such party shall have thirty days to cure such breach and to comply with the terms of this Agreement after receipt of written notice from the other party setting forth the nature of such breach. In the event of any dispute under or relating to the terms of this Agreement, or of the breach, validity or legality thereof, it is agreed that the same shall be submitted to Arbitration to the American Arbitration Association in Delaware in accordance with the rules promulgated by the said Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. In the event of litigation or arbitration, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any or all reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs incurred in the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement, or for the breach thereof.
• Disclaimer
  OSoLiS DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ACTS OF NEGLIGENCE THAT ARE NOT INTENTIONAL OR RECKLESS IN NATURE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THE FAILURE OR UNAVAILABILITY OF ITS REGISTRATION SERVICE.
• Governing law
  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
