Reset password


  • Enter any two of the following pieces of information to identify your account.
  • If the system identifies your account it will send an e-mail containing your log-in name and a new password to the e-mail address currently stored in your account.
  • If the e-mail address we have is invalid or no longer current, please request a manual reset.
  • You can change the password when you next log into your account.

You can find your Client ID (beginning with 'C') on most correspondence from us, or in the 'About' box of any software you have registered with OSoLiS.
